Are these resources legal advice?
NO. The resources included with the subscription are NOT legal advice. Legal HIE is a content website offering resources and non-legal solutions to common challenges faced with electronic health information exchange.
What if I need additional help?
Legal HIE is solely a content website and it does not offer any individualized assistance. If you need specific legal help, you should contact an attorney in your home state.
Can I cancel my Subscription at any time?
No. This is an annual subscription and continues for 1 year – NO CANCELLATIONS AND NO REFUNDS.
Will I get locked into an auto-renew?
No. At the end of the year your subscription will end and you will not be charged an auto-renewal. You will receive an email reminding you when your annual subscription is about to end and you can decide at that time whether to re-subscribe for the next year.
Why should I re-subscribe at the end of the year if I already have all of the content that is offered?
New content is added regularly. If your subscription ends, you will no longer have access to the exclusive content and webinars which are added after your subscription ends and are only available to active members.
If I skip a year but then re-subscribe two years later, will I have access to content from prior years?
Yes.
What if I need a tool or resource that I don’t see offered, can I get one if I ask?
